Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) in a remote LATAM role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to identify and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, use HubSpot for daily outreach and pipeline updates, run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly, write high-converting outbound emails and messages, qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handle objections, and aim to meet or exceed KPIs including activity targets and pipeline contributions. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and AI-assisted workflows. The role emphasizes independent work within a team, with a remote arrangement and US-based client engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
