Job Summary
Business Development Representative (Remote, Latin America) focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to build pipelines and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Uses HubSpot to manage outreach, builds targeted lists with Apollo and Clay, executes multi-touch sequences in Instantly, crafts personalized outreach, and qualifies prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline. Must meet KPIs for activities, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution, and communicate Bluelight's value proposition early in conversations. Ideal candidates have B2B/software experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and the ability to work independently within a team in a remote, software/tech sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
