Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate outbound conversations with Bluelight's value proposition; qualify prospects based on criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline); handle objections and position Bluelight as a solution; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; log all activities in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
