Job Summary
Business Development Representative at Bluelight (Remote, Brasília, Brazil) focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS. Use HubSpot to manage outreach, build prospect lists with Apollo and Clay, run multi-touch sequences in Instantly, craft high-conversion emails and messages, initiate outbound conversations, qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline), handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. Maintain pipeline updates in HubSpot, continuously improve messaging, and meet/exceed KPI targets (activities, conversations, meetings booked, pipeline contribution). Requirements include proven B2B/inside sales experience in technology/software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce), and experience with outbound dialing campaigns.
