Job Summary
Bluelight is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for a remote Latin America role. The BDR will execute high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS, build and manage targeted prospect lists, run multi-touch outbound sequences, write high-converting messages, qualify prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline, handle objections, and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives. The role emphasizes using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with a focus on identifying real sales opportunities, meeting/exceeding KPIs, and contributing to a scalable pipeline. Strong English communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are required, with preferred familiarity in CRM systems and outbound campaigns. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
