Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) for remote Latin America focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting to book qualified appointments with U.S.-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include executing 80–150+ daily outbound activities via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; leveraging HubSpot to manage outreach; building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences with Instantly; crafting high-conversion emails and messages; qualifying prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handling objections; booking discovery calls for Account Executives; and logging activities and pipeline updates. Must meet or exceed KPIs for daily activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Strong English communication and independent work capability required; CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce) and outbound calling experience are desired. Remote position with Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico as a listed location; company emphasizes remote work and flexible, performance-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
  • Strong outbound sales experience
  • Ability to work with high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM for logging activities
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools like Apollo and Clay for building targeted lists
  • Experience with multi-touch outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, timeline
  • Comfort handling objections and positioning a software/technology solution
  • Ability to book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and contribute to a team
  • Experience with achieving or exceeding KPIs (activity targets, meetings booked, pipeline)
  • Nice to have: experience with Instant.ly/Instantly for outbound sequences
  • Nice to have: experience using AI tools to improve outreach performance
