Job Summary
Business Development Representative based in Latin America (Remote) focused on high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) to expand Bluelight's client base. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach; using HubSpot to track activities; building targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch sequences in Instantly; writing personalized outbound messages with clear CTAs; qualifying prospects (budget/authority/need/timeline) and booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates; meeting or exceeding KPI targets; and continuously improving messaging. Requirements emphasize proven B2B/inside sales experience, strong negotiation and English communication skills, CRM familiarity, and ability to work remotely with a customer-service orientation. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly, with a focus on generating high-quality meetings and building a predictable pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting experience (high-volume outreach)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is desirable
- Ability to qualify prospects using budget, authority, need, timeline
- Ability to book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer-service orientation
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly for outreach
