Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) for a remote role focused on high-volume outbound prospecting to US-based decision-makers in technology/software. Responsibilities include 80–150+ daily activities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS; manage outreach in HubSpot; build targeted lists with Apollo and Clay; run multi-touch sequences in Instantly; craft high-conversion outbound emails and LinkedIn messages; initiate conversations and clearly communicate value; qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline; handle objections; book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; maintain accurate activity logs in HubSpot; continuously improve messaging; and meet or exceed KPIs for activity, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requirements include proven experience in B2B/inside sales in tech/software, strong negotiation and English communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ability to work independently within a team. Nice-to-have tools include Apollo, Clay, and Instantly; experience with AI tools is a plus. Success looks like consistent activity, qualified meetings, and a healthy pipeline.
