Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for growing REIC Rentals' Western Canada territory in HVAC/equipment rental, building partnerships, hunting and closing new opportunities, leading negotiations, and coordinating with marketing, product, and finance. Must drive growth through prospecting, pricing proposals, client demonstrations, and trade-show involvement; travel locally and nationally for meetings, events, and onboarding. 5–10+ years in sales/business development in related industrial sectors; strong communication, negotiation, analytical, CRM, and project-management skills; base salary CAD 90k–110k plus commission, company vehicle, and benefits.
