Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for generating leads, driving qualified pipeline opportunities for territory Account Managers, and acquiring net new customers. Will support Sales and Marketing to maximize campaign performance, execute outbound outreach via Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, book qualified meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain day-to-day activity with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales or customer service
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and collaborative approach
