Job Summary
Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and maintain referral relationships within an assigned territory for PuroClean of North Metro Atlanta. Responsible for prospecting, relationship-building, and promoting restoration services to property managers, insurance professionals, commercial clients, and referral partners. Requires face-to-face visits, presentations, and networking events; opportunities to promote continuing education for insurance and property management professionals; maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences; leverage industry knowledge of restoration services, estimating, and production processes; and develop a Top 25 account list. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, strong communication skills, are self-motivated, professional, and able to manage multiple relationships and opportunities within the territory. Valid driver's license required; existing relationships in restoration, property management, insurance, or commercial accounts are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Comfortable speaking to groups, conducting presentations, and attending networking events
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity
- Existing relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, contractors, or commercial accounts are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
