Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining key referral relationships with referral partners including Centers of Influence, and promoting PuroClean's services throughout an assigned territory. Will conduct regular face-to-face visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and networking events; educate partners on restoration services; build and manage a Top 25 account list; collaborate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction; drive revenue through consultative sales and ongoing relationship management; maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; represent PuroClean professionally at all times; adhere to safety policies. Requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to develop relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients. Minimum 2 years outside sales experience preferred and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity
- Existing relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate professionals, plumbers, contractors, or commercial accounts are a plus
- Comfortable speaking to groups, conducting presentations, and attending networking events
