Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) including insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, plumbers, facilities managers, and other referral sources; conduct daily field visits to COIs throughout the Kalispell and Flathead Valley area; host Lunch and Learn events to educate referral partners about PuroClean's services; attend networking events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and industry association events; qualify prospects and develop a personalized route and sales activity plan; track and document all COI interactions and referral activity; work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets; compensation includes base salary with tiered commission structure and quarterly bonuses. License/Certification: Drivers License (Required). Skills emphasized include strong communication and relationship-building, self-motivation for independent field work, ability to report and use systems, and willingness to learn processes.
