Drive growth across the industrial sector by identifying and securing new business opportunities, lead negotiations, deliver technical presentations of NewcoUSA solutions, and maintain a strong CRM pipeline with forecasts and performance metrics across multiple silos (Surface Engineering, Wheels, Reliability Centered Repair, and Resell).
Required Qualifications
- Base = $75k - $85k base salary
- Commission =Uncapped commission (3-7% commission on margin)
- Projected Year One Earnings = $160k (with 15–20% annual growth thereafter)
