Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for opening new revenue by hunting net-new accounts in mid-market enterprises. You’ll conduct high-touch outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals, manage core sales administration in the CRM, schedule and attend initial qualification meetings, and partner with Marketing to refine target lists and messaging. Compensation includes base pay and uncapped variable earnings with projected first-year earnings of $90k–$110k+, plus comprehensive health benefits and a 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B software sales or enterprise software sales
- Proven hunter mentality with ability to open new revenue in net-new accounts
- Strong prospecting and outbound outreach skills (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- CRM proficiency and basic sales process administration (scheduling, notes, follow-ups)
- Ability to work with Marketing on target lists and campaigns
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Mid-market sales experience preferred
