Business Development Representative (Portuguese speaking)

Job Summary
Prospect and engage strategic business accounts through outbound outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to drive pipeline growth. Develop personalized outreach strategies, educate prospects on Make.com’s automation/integration value, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain an organized book of business and track engagement in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). Requires 1–3 years of sales/BD/SaaS experience; fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English; strong communication, time management, and proactive problem-solving skills; comfortable handling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Location in Madrid, Spain with flexible working hours and home office options.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a SaaS/tech environment
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- High energy and self-motivation – thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with creative outreach
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Driven to succeed with initiative and proactivity
- Ability to work in a multinational team environment
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
