Job Summary
Outbound-focused Business Development Representative role to build and qualify early-stage opportunities, identify target accounts, craft outreach, engage prospects, and create a repeatable top-of-funnel engine. Collaborate with senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Solutions Lead, Chief Commercial Officer) and gain visibility into strategy. Responsibilities include building pipeline, qualifying opportunities through discovery, generating qualified meetings, supporting GTM processes, and prioritizing accounts with strongest traction. Requires 1–2 years in a BDR/SDR or sales development role, comfort leading early customer conversations, and a growth-oriented mindset. This role offers exposure to multi-location sales models and a hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
