Job Summary
Outbound-focused Business Development Representative who builds pipeline by identifying and engaging new prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality next steps. You’ll work with the Sales Director, Solutions Lead, and Chief Commercial Officer to shape outreach strategies, targeting, and sales plays, while learning to convert early interest into qualified pipeline. You’ll ramp by understanding Pontosense’s product, target customers, messaging, and core outbound motion within a hybrid, Kitchener, Ontario-based setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales development role
