Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate and develop new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and drive sales through the commercial process. Responsibilities include leading client conversations, managing the sales pipeline in HubSpot, and owning the client relationship during the sales phase. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B Sales, especially within training or tech sectors, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Comfortable leading client meetings and managing commercial conversations end-to-end
  • Structured, organized, and able to run effective discovery conversations
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B Sales, ideally in training, SaaS, HR Tech, or services
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, especially HubSpot
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese
