Job Summary
The Business Development Representative develops and implements business development programs to grow the facility’s lines of service and levels of care by cultivating referrals from physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and allied health professionals; maintains CRM records, account information, and referral/admission statistics; builds and maintains relationships with key referral sources; conducts outreach through community workshops, facility tours, and attendance at civic/professional events; collaborates with Admissions, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and management; requires flexible hours and an onsite role in Williamsburg, VA; must have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor’s preferred) and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Two or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development and marketing role preferred
- Good understanding of the local market and referral base
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile
