Job Summary
Business Development Representative – Drilling Solutions in Houston leads direct engagement with multiple customers, develops value propositions, and manages complex drilling-related sales cycles. Responsibilities include planning and organizing meetings with current and potential customers, collaborating with cross-functional team members to translate drilling and energy solutions into clear business value, utilizing market intelligence for forecasting, maintaining receivables, and negotiating contract terms. The role requires strong communication, networking, and analytical skills, familiarity with drilling operations and rig automation technologies, proficiency with MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and willingness to travel (office and field) with after-hours coverage as needed. Demonstrated leadership competencies include relationship-building, self-development, teamwork, and driving results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, sales management, or related field
- 3+ years Oil & Gas experience
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and be eligible to drive Company vehicle including ability to meet requirements of Company’s Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy
