Job Summary
A remote, US-based Business Development Representative (BDR) drives pipeline growth by qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery conversations, and handing well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Responsibilities include engaging leads from marketing campaigns, research and target account development, multi-channel outbound prospecting, maintaining detailed qualification notes in the CRM, and collaborating with Account Executives and marketing to improve targeting and messaging. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BDR/SDR or outbound roles, are proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and possess strong English communication skills with a consultative, relationship-focused approach to high-volume outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting roles
- Experience qualifying leads through structured discovery conversations
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Experience using sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously
