Job Summary
Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Responsibilities include lead qualification and inbound management, outbound prospecting and pipeline growth using multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo), scheduling meetings for Account Executives, nurturing early-stage leads, and maintaining CRM data across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. Requires 2+ years in BDR/SDR roles, proven quota attainment, strong discovery/consultative selling skills, and ability to work remotely during U.S. hours. Opportunities to grow into Account Executive or senior sales roles. Remote role based in Pakistan with US-hours alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Sales engagement tools and prospecting platforms
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Highly organized and metrics-driven
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
