Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Conduct outbound calling and email campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for the Account Executives. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web to qualify prospects, uncover pain points, and transition them into actionable opportunities. Execute targeted research to map prospective accounts, identify key decision-makers, and inform outreach strategies. Engage C-Suite executives and IT leaders in consultative conversations to articulate solutions for business operations and IT modernization. Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop territory-specific penetration plans and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce for accurate geographic prospecting.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience in Software/SaaS Business Development, inside sales, or a related market/business experience
- Solid understanding of the IT industry
- Proven background in prospecting directly to IT decision-makers and C-level executives
- Outstanding communicator via phone, email, and video
- Ability to translate complex value propositions seamlessly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High-energy, self-starting attitude
- Ability to change priorities quickly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to perform at high velocity in a competitive environment
- Proficiency with CRM or sales management tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with web conferencing products (Zoom)
- Strong desire to stay up-to-date on technology trends and best practices
