Business Development Representative in outpatient behavioral health at Athena Care focused on expanding market presence across middle Tennessee. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining referral networks with primary care and behavioral health partners, conducting market research, acting as a liaison between referral partners and Athena Care, collaborating with marketing and care leadership, and managing CRM data to inform service delivery and strategy. Role requires regular travel within middle Tennessee (approximately 50%), with substantial in-person partner visits, community events, and some remote work (25%), plus occasional overnight travel. Requires strong written/verbal skills, ability to articulate clinical information to diverse audiences, and capacity to learn multiple behavioral health service lines.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a business development, sales or marketing role required.
- Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions and ability to meet motor vehicle record check requirements as required by company’s liability coverage provider.
