Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our Account Executive team. You'll open conversations with HR leaders, articulate McLean & Company's value proposition, and build foundational sales skills through prospecting, outbound calls and emails, and pipeline management. You will use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging, and stay informed on industry trends to tailor outreach. The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving quota-driven results, and developing skills to advance into more senior sales roles. You’ll participate in structured onboarding, receive ongoing coaching, and have clear growth paths within a high-performance, rewarding culture.
