Outbound Sales Development Representative in NZ (Remote) responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups; qualifying key decision-makers; coordinating with Account Executives for handover of high-potential leads; conducting discovery calls; performing account research; maintaining and growing the prospect database; and collaborating on online demos. Role is based in New Zealand with remote work flexibility, offering a base salary plus OTE and a clear path to contribute to the company’s growth targets. Candidates should have 1+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, be proficient with sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach), possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks to meet targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B)
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach
- Track record of over-achieving on targets
- Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
