Job Summary
Source new pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels. Identify prospect needs via brief discovery conversations and route qualified leads to account executives. Conduct research on district priorities and tech landscapes to personalize outreach and book meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene by logging all leads and touchpoints in real time. Collaborate with account executives to develop territory-specific prospecting plans. Effectively handle cold calls and write high-impact emails that resonate with educators and administrators. This role requires 0–2 years of outbound sales experience and fits a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days in the NYC office.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience
- Curious, persistent, and hungry to grow
- Strong written communication skills
- Confident on the phone
- Able to communicate effectively with educators and school/district administrators
- Familiar with CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and scheduling tools
- This is a hybrid role requiring employees to be in the NYC office 3–4 days per week
