Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Novatech’s sales organization. Key responsibilities include outbound calling, email outreach, and prospecting to create new business opportunities, as well as qualifying inbound leads. The BDR will research prospective customers, maintain CRM records, and partner with sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a coachable mindset. Preferred candidates will also have an interest in technology and a goal-oriented attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
- Experience with customer relationship management tools is helpful
