Job Summary
Greet Home Depot customers in-store, engage in open conversations to identify HVAC needs, and qualify potential purchasers for sales appointments. Present Comfort Wave's heating and cooling solutions, including replacements and maintenance, while educating store associates and management on the HVAC Program. Build relationships with store personnel, manage emotions during rejection, and actively move conversations toward appointment commitments. Work weekends and stand or walk for 4–8 hours daily. Achieve specified program KPIs and goals while attending required training. Partner with Home Depot to deliver professional service and generate leads for sales appointments.
