Job Summary
Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and research; build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities; develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Present and demonstrate products to prospective and existing clients, customizing presentations to client needs. Maintain regular communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and product engagement, identify upsell opportunities, and foster long-term relationships. Deliver or drop off parts to customers as part of customer relationships. Stay up to date on industry trends, provide feedback to product teams based on client needs, and collaborate with marketing, product, and support to ensure client success. Track sales activities and client interactions in CRM and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with travel and engaging with clients face-to-face.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
