Job Summary
BDR at Airship responsible for generating net-new pipeline and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives and Growth Managers. Role is bilingual (English/Spanish) and supports prospects across North American and Latin American regions. Responsibilities include outbound/inbound prospecting, discovery conversations to understand goals and use cases, articulating Airship’s value proposition, and advancing opportunities from initial engagement to qualified meetings. Requires experience in BDR/SDR or similar roles, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong cross-functional collaboration; focus on cross-sell/upsell with existing customers and staying current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and consultative conversations
- Experience engaging both new prospects and existing customers in value-based discussions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt messaging by persona and context
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, data tools)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Experience experimenting with AI tools in personal or professional life - or eagerness to learn
- Work Location & Travel: remote-friendly with in-office requirements; up to 10% travel
- Compensation awareness with base and OTE (e.g., $28/hour base, ~$58,240 annualized; OTE ~ $83,000)
