Job Summary
Greet Home Depot customers in-store, engage in open conversations to identify HVAC needs, and qualify potential purchasers for sales appointments. Present Comfort Wave's heating and cooling solutions, including replacements and maintenance, while educating store associates and management about the HVAC Program. Build relationships with key personnel and generate leads for service appointments, ensuring a professional appearance that supports the company's image. Manage emotions during interactions and move conversations toward decision commitments. Work weekends as part of a 20-hour weekly schedule with uncapped commission potential.
