Job Summary

Develop marketing and campaign win strategies and manage the entire capture process, including leading strategy development, executing solicitations, and preparing RFPs and RFIs. Initiate and advance customer relationships to establish Boeing as a trusted business partner with domestic and global clients, directly interfacing with decision-makers to shape market dynamics and optimize business cases. Consult with senior executives on business goals, leverage detailed customer process knowledge, and analyze the competitive landscape to influence strategic decisions. This role supports platforms including VC-25B, C-32, and Head of State aircraft within the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers division.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in business capture, global sales and marketing or a related field
  • Experience developing and maintaining close customer relationships
  • Experience both written and verbal, with public speaking and frequent interactions with senior-level management
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
  • This position is expected to be 100% onsite
  • The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
  • Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Experience working across large organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
  • Knowledge of Head of State/VIP aircraft missions
  • Ability to present in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as relentless attitude
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 3)
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Level 4)
