Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Promote fiber internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person engagement; generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals; assess corporate client needs and recommend tailored, cost-effective solutions; complete sales contracts; meet or exceed monthly sales targets; build and maintain client relationships before and after the sale; process sales orders and ensure timely service activation; stay informed on products, services, and industry trends; effectively use Microsoft 365 and other sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of networking, VoIP, cabling, and data services
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

- Minimum 2 years direct sales experience preferred
