Job Summary
Promote fiber internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services to prospective clients in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through in-person engagement; generate and follow up on leads via cold calls, networking, and referrals; assess corporate needs and tailor cost-effective solutions; complete sales documentation and contracts; achieve monthly sales targets; build relationships before and after the sale; process sales orders and ensure service activation; stay informed on products, services, and industry trends; proficient use of Microsoft 365 and other sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of networking, VoIP, cabling, and data services
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferred, ideally within the telecommunications sector
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
