Job Summary
Drive new business for Michigan Broadband Services in Traverse City by promoting fiber internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person engagement. Responsible for prospecting, generating and following up on leads via cold calls, networking, and referrals; assessing client needs to tailor cost-effective solutions; processing sales orders and contracts; achieving monthly sales targets; maintaining relationships before and after the sale; staying informed on products, services, and industry trends; and utilizing Microsoft 365 and other sales tools to drive activation and service uptake.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of networking, VoIP, cabling, and data services
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
