Job Summary
Business Development Representative needed to build a repeatable outbound pipeline by identifying target accounts with valuable data assets, executing outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, and generating qualified meetings for the Partnerships team. The role requires navigating complex organizations to engage senior decision makers, qualifying opportunities, and advancing them through the sales process while exceeding activity and pipeline targets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships Leads, Operations, Product, and Research, contribute to playbooks and tooling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have exceptional written and verbal communication, strong commercial instincts, resilience, and a relentless hunter mindset. The team works in-person five days a week from San Francisco, New York, and London offices, with compensation features including relocation bonuses and equity benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Sales Development, Account Executive, or similar outbound sales roles
- Demonstrated success prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Experience managing complex outbound sales motions
