Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for cold calling potential clients, scheduling appointments for the sales team, making outbound reminder calls, and ensuring key meetings are booked. Must quickly become familiar with product and service details. Night-shift, onsite role located at Cebu IT Park in Cebu City, Philippines. Compensation includes a monthly salary of 30,000-40,000 PHP, new hire bonus, risk allowance, uncapped commissions, paid training, holidays, and relocation allowance for new hires from outside Cebu, plus health and life insurance benefits and other perks. The role emphasizes prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining client relationships to support the sales team’s scheduling and outreach efforts.
Required Qualifications
- At least college level
- 1 year of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO)
- Familiar with products/services
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Willing to work night shift
- Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
