Job Summary
The Business Development Representative responds to internet and phone customer inquiries and ensures maximum ROI on leads. Key responsibilities include maintaining an average of 80 outbound calls daily, scheduling appointments, effective communication with customers through preferred channels, and maintaining a customer database. The role requires knowledge of dealership products, relevant laws, and the ability to understand and manage customer interactions professionally. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and have at least two years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, reports and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- Valid state driver's license
