Job Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an inside sales role focused on driving high-volume outbound outreach, closing deals, and generating leads for Account Executives. Responsibilities include making 75-125 outbound calls daily, educating providers on mobile wound care services, and collaborating with AEs on shared territories.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of inside sales, telephonic sales, or outbound lead generation experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience is a plus but not required
