Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn and marketing initiatives), identifying customer needs, and ensuring leads are efficiently addressed within SLAs to convert to qualified opportunities. Will schedule product demonstrations with the appropriate salesperson in region, guide prospects on products that fit their workflows, and uphold high customer-service standards. Must be extremely comfortable with cold calling and possess a curious mindset to uncover prospective client pain indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or Masters
- Some experience and proficiency required in a related field
