Job Summary
Conduct neighborhood canvassing to build rapport with homeowners and introduce Legacy Restoration's residential repair and remodeling solutions. Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives to serve as the initial customer contact. Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record while traveling locally within a two-hour radius of the branch. Obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage and consistently walk through neighborhoods to generate leads. Work full-time hours Monday through Saturday, with winter shifts running 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm, or summer shifts from 11 am to 7 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm. Pass a background check and drug screening test as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
- Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
- Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
