Business Development Representative

Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to achieve business goals; reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media; maintain and grow existing leads while identifying new opportunities; conduct customer surveys and develop effective B2B sales strategies; meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted sales efforts; prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients; provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries; promote company products and services to potential and existing customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in a US-based firm (Mandatory)
- Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies
