Job Summary
Business Development Representative in Vancouver (hybrid: 1 day/week in downtown Vancouver office) focused on outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, web chat, and targeted email campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading initial outreach, researching prospects, establishing contact, identifying needs, scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives, nurturing trial leads, and maintaining detailed CRM data. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of previous experience in a BDR/SDR role in the software industry
- Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
- Great written and verbal communication in English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred
