Job Summary
Remote Business Development Representative for Bluelight focusing on Latin America with outbound prospecting to U.S.-based decision-makers. Responsibilities include high-volume outbound prospecting (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS; building and managing targeted lists using Apollo and Clay; running multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly; writing outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear CTAs; qualifying prospects based on budget/authority/need/timeline; handling objections; booking qualified discovery calls for Account Executives; logging activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; and meeting or exceeding KPIs including activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution. Requirements include proven B2B or inside sales experience, CRM familiarity, outbound calling experience, excellent English communication, independent work capability, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly. Nice-to-have: experience with AI tools for outreach enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong outbound prospecting and objection handling skills
- Ability to qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Experience booking discovery calls for Account Executives
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly for outreach
- Remote work capability and comfort with a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
