Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for targeting high-fit accounts, running outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling and cold emailing), and coordinating with Enterprise Account Executives to build qualified pipeline in the US market from Austin. Role involves developing product understanding, articulating value to prospects, collaborating with senior EAs, and leveraging AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency and outreach quality. Requires 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience; MarTech exposure preferred; strong English communication; CRM familiarity (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Google Workspace; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience in the MarTech industry is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, digital/mobile marketing, or direct-to-consumer retail is a bonus
