Job Summary
The Business Development Representative will identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting to grow the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include researching target markets, generating leads, reaching out via email and LinkedIn, and scheduling introductory meetings. The role also covers leading outbound campaigns, coordinating with the Business Development Director/Manager for meetings and trips, CRM management in HubSpot and related tools, nurturing leads from marketing campaigns, and evaluating AI tools to streamline outbound processes. You’ll contribute to market analysis, share insights with the team, and help develop high-quality cold outreach content and sales collateral. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach are essential. Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, SaaS familiarity, and knowledge of digital agency processes are advantageous.
