Job Summary
Business Development Representative to identify and pursue new opportunities for pediatric day centers, cultivate and sustain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and community stakeholders, educate referral sources on services and eligibility, implement community outreach to elevate brand presence, collaborate on growth initiatives, track referrals and engagement metrics, and represent the organization at healthcare networking events. Requires healthcare business development experience (preferred), strong interpersonal and communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid Texas driver’s license, and ability to travel within the Dallas area. Focus on building partnerships, awareness, and streamlined referral onboarding to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare business development, outreach, sales, or marketing strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while partnering cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based platforms; CRM experience is advantageous
- Valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to travel routinely within the greater Dallas and surrounding areas
- Highly organized, professional, and results-oriented mindset
