Business Development Representative Home Health

Business Development Representative for Home Health tasked with direct marketing of home-based services in assigned areas, developing and executing territory plans to drive growth, and building relationships with referral sources, physicians, nurses, social workers, discharge planners, and community partners. Responsible for communicating product/services information, obtaining signed consent documents, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with admissions and patient-care teams to ensure delivery of services. Includes physician calls, educational activities (lunch and learns, health fairs, CEU programs), and preparation of monthly referral-tracking reports. Requires strong written/spoken English, excellent oral communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to manage timelines and follow-ups. Education credentials include an associate degree in Business/Marketing/Health Science (Required) with a preference for a bachelor’s in Business Administration or Health Care Administration; 3+ years of marketing experience in healthcare/hospice preferred.
